Once you fill in our contact form with your enquiry, one of our team will be in touch via phone, usually within minutes (we are quite quick for a small Edinburgh web design agency!), but at the most 24 hours. From here we will have a chat about your needs and even arrange a time to visit you to discuss it in person.
After we know all your requirements, we will give you a fixed price proposal, with a breakdown of costs for all the work involved for complete transparency. To get us started we require a 50% deposit.
We then have a creative meeting to discuss the look and feel of the site, running through design options, colours, fonts, layouts all to your specification! We will give you our professional advice on how to achieve the style of site that suits your business needs.
Before a line of code is written, we create a high fidelity mockup, showing you exactly what the site will look at, allowing you to sign off on the look so there won’t be any surprises! Some Edinburgh web design companies miss this stage out and skip straight to coding, but we feel it makes the end product much better.

Now it’s time to get your site into the world and start doing business! After our strict cross browser and device testing we can launch the site on our managed WordPress hosting platform, or yours if you prefer! We can manage the website and update it each month, but if you prefer to do this or elements of this, we can train you up on how to use it. All of our websites come with a 2 month warranty as well.
